Dr. Shulski offers counseling and consulting services focusing on mental health counseling, stress management, sports psychology, resilience, goal setting, and the mind-body connection. Additionally, Dr. Shulski is an AZBBHE-approved Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Shulski's approach is rooted in the belief that mental wellness is the foundation of peak performance in any job or profession.

Dr. Shulski has expanded her professional and clinical expertise by obtaining a Ph.D. in Human Services. Also, Dr. Shulski holds a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a master’s degree in Human Services (MPhil), as well as various certifications.
